Crew Profiles Toni Hessell, Assistant Cook Previous Index Next     Toni Hessell is a New Zealander and a chef by trade. She joined Greenpeace in 1995, after working in restaurants and on charter boats in New Zealand and Australia, to "work to protect the environment, especially at sea". She has worked on campaigns including solar power, overfishing in the Southern Ocean and the climate change campaign in the Arctic.
