PHYLLIS CORMACK

The "Phyllis Cormack". GP/Keziere


"Phyllis Cormack" was a 24-metre halibut seiner, (a fishing vessel) that Greenpeace chartered to protest the underground testing of nuclear weapons at Amchitka Island off the coast of Alaska. Phyllis Cormack was owned by John Cormack who also captained the fist Greenpeace mission, the boat was named after his wife.
