Who would’ve though that the world’s population and its
environment would find a savior in Ethiopia? Yet this what
happened last night on the discussion on para. 17 on the inclusion
(or not) of reference to the WTO when, following an intervention by
Norway and Tuvalu, they made an impassioned speech as to why
it should be excluded. Although this paragraph was “closed”, the G-
77 and E.U. then followed the charge and rid us of this blasphemy.
