Stop Plutonium Terror

Crewmate. Penny
Engineer
Canada

This is my first trip with greenpeace. As 2nd engineer it is wonderful to be able to work on ships and not be destroying the environment. As a Canadian, the environment is an issue that is close to home for me. After treeplanting in British Columbia for 7 years I've seen first hand the mass destruction caused in the name of profit.

A greenpeace ship is a very different atmosphere from my last job. I worked aboard an American cruise line; flagged, conveniently, out of Monrovia, where aledgedly money from ships licensing went to the illegal arms trade.

Now I don't have to wear a silly white uniform in the engine room and I can dye my hair blue again!!
