Greenpeace is committed to fight the pirate fishers on the high seas and in the corridors of governments and international institutions. Our campaign has the greatest chance of success if you stand with us. Whatever you feel you can do will go a long way to help Greenpeace. Help save the depleted fish stocks from devastation.

Traditional fishermen Work with us to protect the innocent victims of the pirate fleets, such as the local fishermen who depend on fishing to generate incomes and feed their families. Or the tons of marine life thrown back by the pirate fishers in their illicit quest for tuna and other highly desirable species.

In the left margin of this page you can find a number of things you can do to help us stop the pirates. Some of them you can do at home in front of your computer screen. For others you need to get out and do something in the real world. Some of these things you can do only if you happen to live near a 'pirates port', know someone with more intimate knowledge of pirate fishing or maybe even have some personal experience of pirate fishing yourself.

Please also take a minute to consider helping us continue our fight by giving a donation or joining Greenpeace. We rely totally on the generosity of individuals such as yourself. We do not take money from governments or corporations leaving us wholly independent and free to expose environmental crimes such as this.
