Brent Spar (north sea - 1995), because we never gave up.
2. Two week occupation of Europe's largest cement kiln (Gotland,
Sweden, 2001) illegally importing hazardous waste. We walked
away with praise from the Ministry of environment, and a
promise that the army would soon arrive to clean up their
mess.
