Mexico. January 24th was a global day of action. Around the world activists protested against commercial whaling and the government of Japan's vote buying.

Cat and mouse

January 4th - At over 7,000 tons (compared to our 949) the whalers' factory ship makes a fairly unconvincing mouse, but all night the Nisshin Maru insisted on playing cat and mouse with the Arctic Sunrise.
